Are explosion bars suitable for people with allergies?
Our products are made in a working kitchen therefore they are not suitable for anyone with food allergies. Please do not order our products if food allergies are a concern for you or anyone that you may be ordering for.
What is the size of the explosion bars?
Standard Explosion Bar: 14.5cm x 6.5cm
Heart Explosion Bar: 13.5 x 12 cm
Large Explosion Bar: 15cm x 15cm
Extra Large Explosion Bar: 18cm x 18cm
(Our explosion bars differ in weight depending on which one you choose, the weights given are an overall average)
Standard Explosion Bar: 150g
Heart Explosion Bar: 150g
Large Explosion Bar: 330g
Extra Large Explosion Bar: 560g
Can I design my own bar or make changes to explosion bars?
Yes of course! We understand everyone has different tastes so if you want to try your own crazy explosion mixture we are more than happy to help. Just contact us to make your chocolate dreams come true!
How many servings are there in the explosion bars?
Following the 'Be Treatwise' guide which suggests 25 grams of chocolate per serving:
Our Standard bars contain at least 6 servings
Our Large bars contain at least 12 servings
Our Extra large bars contain at least 20 servings
These may vary from bar to bar and with how much you love chocolate!
Can I get a discount?
For larger orders we are able to offer a discount, please contact us. Also, keep an eye on our website and Instagram page for special offers!
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our normal dispatch time is 2 working days. However during busier periods of the year this may be extended, please check our home page for most up to date dispatch times.
Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery should take between 2-4 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery should take between 1-2 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: During these uncertain times Royal Mail has been experiencing delays in certain areas. We can only apologise but unfortunately it is out of our control.
Are any of your bars suitable for vegetarians?
Yes! All of our explosion bars are suitable for vegetarians except for our Reese's Explosion, Snickers Explosion and All Rounder Explosion. We are happy to adapt our Explosions to make it suitable for vegetarians just get in touch with us.
What if my explosion bar arrives damaged?
Our explosion bars are packaged securely, however in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, please let us know by sending us a picture of the damaged product still within the unopened cellophane packaging and a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
What is the shelf life of your Explosion bars.
Stored correctly (cool dry place, sealed and away from strong odours) our Explosions will last for 3 months.
Apart from our products containing brownie, but you can add a note at checkout to pre-order for a specific date.
